How to refill online
Go to fenkellrxpharmacy.com/refills and fill out the short form: your name, date of birth, Rx number (found on your medication bottle), and your preferred pickup or delivery method. That is it. We receive the request instantly and get to work. You will hear from us when it is ready.
What if I do not have my Rx number?
Call us at (313) 519-5700 and we can look up your prescription by name and date of birth. If your prescription has already transferred to us from a previous pharmacy, we can find it in our system right away.
How long does a refill take?
Most refills submitted before 3:00 PM are ready same day. We will text or call you when your prescription is ready. If you need delivery, our free same-day service covers Northwest Detroit, Redford Township, and Southfield — no minimum order, no delivery fee.
What medications can be refilled online?
Most maintenance medications — blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol, mental health, and others — can be refilled online as long as your prescription has active refills remaining. Controlled substances require an in-person prescription from your doctor under Michigan law, but we can help you coordinate that process.
Does insurance apply to online refills?
Yes. Online refills go through your insurance the same way as walk-in refills. We accept Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Molina, and most major plans. Your copay is unchanged.
